The tour starts in one of the most important places in Valencia, the Estación del Norte, at the Tourism Hub office.
We will pass by the church of San Agustin on the way to the Central Market, you will have the chance to visit the interior and appreciate its modernism before continuing the tour without forgetting to taste typical Valencian products inside.
Very close to the market, you will visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site Lonja and the Church of Saints Johns with its charming Italian style façade. Continuing your tour, you will see up close what the walls of Valencia and its gates, Torres de Serrano and Quart, used to be in the city in ancient times. After a quick look at the Museum of Fine Arts, you will enter the centre again through the most noble street: Calle La Paz to be able to stroll around and imagine the great life that our city had until you reach the modernist Mercado de Colón, an open space with bars and restaurants.
Then, you will visit the most modern and impressive part of Valencia, the City of Arts and Sciences, where you can learn more about the structure of the buildings created by the architect Santiago Calatrava. Finally, the last stop will be at the impressive port of Valencia, with the Royal Marina and the Malvarrosa beach, where you can take important photos for your album about your visit!
